What to write to us about

• Corrections. A price, plan name or setting has changed. Please include a link to the page where you saw it.
• Suggestions. An assistant you would like us to test, and what you use it for.
• Questions about a review. If something in a review is unclear, tell us which part.
• The monthly update. Email us with the word "subscribe" to get one short message a month, or "unsubscribe" to stop.

What we can't help with

We are not connected to any of the providers we review. For billing, refunds or a locked account, contact the provider directly; each review lists its support channels. We also can't give legal, medical or financial advice.

For providers

We don't sell placements or sponsored reviews. If a fact in a review about your product is out of date, send the source and we will check it at our next monthly pass.
